Every participant must carry their original CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card).
Participants are required to report at the departure point at least 30 minutes before the departure time.
Only one soft bag with a maximum weight of 10 kg is allowed. Each participant is responsible for managing their own luggage.
All participants must maintain respectful behavior toward fellow travelers. Any misconduct may result in immediate removal from the trip without a refund.
The company is not responsible for any personal injuries or accidents during the tour.
The company will not be liable for any loss or theft of valuables during the trip.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of departure or for participants who voluntarily leave the trip.
Advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances unless the tour is cancelled by 0km Tour Planner.
In case of road blockage, landslides, or delays caused by weather or other uncontrollable conditions, if the trip duration is extended, any additional expenses such as hotel stays, vehicle rental, fuel, or meals will be borne by the client.
While all efforts are made to ensure safety, the company, group leader, or organizers will not be held responsible for natural disasters (e.g., landslides, glacier falls, snowstorms, etc.).
The tour schedule may be altered due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, political issues, road closures, or local regulations. In such cases, the group leader will make decisions in the best interest of the group.
The company reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time, without prior notice.
Carrying weapons, drugs, or any illegal/prohibited items is strictly forbidden.
Participants must agree to follow all rules and guidelines issued by 0km Tour Planner before and during the tour.
By joining the tour, participants acknowledge the risks involved in travel and outdoor activities and agree that neither they nor their legal heirs will hold the company liable for any claims or compensation.
