• ✅ 50% Refund – For cancellations made 3 to 6 days before departure.
• ❌ No Refund – For cancellations made within 48 hours of departure or for no-shows.

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
• Any advance booking costs (e.g., hotels, flights, transport) that are non-refundable by the supplier may be deducted.
• Custom/private tour packages may carry different terms based on third-party agreements (shared at time of booking).
• Group bookings may also have separate cancellation conditions.
